With one all-new theme and four returning themes, the 2026 Disneyland After Dark events will create magical evenings of love, memories, nostalgia, adventure and community for guests of all ages!
Disneyland After Dark events are separately ticketed, themed evenings that feature access to Disneyland park and select attractions after-hours (often with shorter wait times), imaginative entertainment, character encounters, scrumptious food and beverages, special merchandise collections and so much more!
The parties take place on select nights January through June 2026.
Whether guests are an experienced fan or a first-time attendee, there’s a Disneyland After Dark event for them in 2026. Read on for everything guests need to know about these soirees.

On Nov. 20, 2025, we announced themes and dates for all 2026 Disneyland After Dark events, including experience highlights and ticket sale details for Sweethearts’ Nite and the all-new 70 Years of Favorites.
Today, we’re sharing the fandom fun and on-sale information for Disney Channel Nite and Star Wars Nite! Plus, we’re revealing “Sounds of Magic,” a new entertainment offering that will perform during 70 Years of Favorites.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite is now sold out. At the time of publishing, tickets are still available for 70 Years of Favorites on March 3 and March 5.
What’s Included with a Disneyland After Dark Ticket
Each Disneyland After Dark event takes place at Disneyland park, beginning at 9 p.m. and continuing until 1 a.m. That is 4 hours to play the night away, after the park closes!
Pre-party park mix-in: Admission to Disneyland After Dark also includes entry to Disneyland park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. — giving guests a three-hour prelude before the party begins! During this time, guests can check out offerings available during regular park hours.
Photos from the party: Enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass* photos captured during the party. That means there’s literally no limit to the memories that can be made! Guests can simply scan the QR code on their event wristband via the Disneyland app** to access their photo gallery.
Commemorative event guide: In addition to the uniquely themed fun, admission tickets also include a commemorative keepsake and event guide map. The map is handy to reference during the party and so beautifully designed, guests will want to keep it as a collectible souvenir to remember their visit.

Sweethearts’ Nite Entertainment
New for 2026, the “Celebrate Love Cavalcade” will glide down Main Street, U.S.A., in a grand celebration honoring loved ones: best friends, soulmates and family alike. Guests can look for Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and their pals to fill the air with love during this enchanting procession.
Also new for 2026, the romantic “Once Upon a Dream - A Musical Journey Through the Disney Songbook” show is a musical look at love and romance, featuring live singers and a variety of Disney royalty and culminates in a nighttime ball beneath the stars.
Guests can partner up for the new Disney Duets festive karaoke in the beloved Golden Horseshoe in Frontierland with a uniquely Disney twist.
Swing, sway and twirl with Donald Duck and Daisy Duck at the Valentine’s Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Scenic photo backdrops throughout the park invite guests to “step into the scenes” of fan-favorite films such as Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “The Aristocats,” “Tangled,” “Aladdin,” “Lady and the Tramp,” and more.
Sweethearts’ Nite Specialty Food
As the saying goes, the way to the heart is through the stomach! Guests can fall in love with specially curated sweets and savory treats.
New for 2026 at Galactic Grill is a triple berry slushy with a Mickey-shaped glow cube. Returning favorites include surf n’ turf loaded fries at Red Rose Taverne.
More specialty menu items will be available at table-service restaurants: Blue Bayou Restaurant, River Belle Terrace and Carnation Café, subject to availability. Reservations are recommended for table-service restaurants and can be booked online on Disneyland.com or through the Disneyland app. Same-day reservations can be made on a limited basis and are subject to availability.
On the night of the event, attendees may have the opportunity to join the mobile walk-up list at select table restaurants using the Disneyland app.

The ultimate souvenir is one guests can show off, both during the event and after! This year’s collection includes a Mickey Mouse & Minnie Mouse ear headband, trading pin, T-shirt, zip-up hoodie and tumbler.

Dates and Details for Disneyland After Dark: 70 Years of Favorites
This all-new theme, 70 Years of Favorites, will take guests on a sentimental journey commemorating seven decades of unforgettable moments at the beloved theme park. Inspired by the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, it weaves together the best of Disneyland happenings, including nods to favorite musical moments, shows and characters.
Remembrance of Disneyland moments past will be all around guests, as they take a figurative walk down memory lane with these offerings that pay tribute to the park’s history.

70 Years of Favorites Entertainment
“Sounds of Magic” is a riverfront serenade featuring vocalists that perform favorite songs from past Disneyland musical shows. These performers will float down the Rivers of America on a raft multiple times throughout the night, singing tunes from various decades of Disneyland entertainment, including “Animazement – The Musical,” “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee,” “Frozen – Live at the Hyperion,” and “The Lion King Celebration Parade.”
Guests can get ready to jitterbug and jive to the sweet beats of swing dancing at Royal Theatre in Fantasyland. Once upon a time,all the hepcats gathered here for the swingiest bands around. Now, everyone can light up the dance floor!
Neon nostalgia will return in full force when guests put on their boogie shoes at Videopolis Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace. The can’t-miss, ultimate throwback dance party of the ‘80s features a live DJ, nonstop ‘80s tunes and iconic retro décor.
Guests can kick up their heels for line dancing at The Golden Horseshoe — stepping in time at this fond tribute to “Woody’s Round Up,” the favorite cowboy show which graced the Frontierland stage in the late ‘90s and early 2000s.
Sentimental photo opportunities staged throughout Disneyland park will harken back to past entertainment such as “Mad T Party,” “Main Street Electrical Parade” and Club Buzz, as well as some favorite attractions. Strike a pose!
Reminisce with characters from days gone by, as guests encounter some of their favorite “Long Lost Friends” from Disney Afternoon, “Mother” and “Father” from Carousel of Progress, Merlin, Flik and Atta, and the Fantasmic! Monkeys.
70 Years of Favorites Food
Guests can enjoy new themed food and beverage with a nod to Disneyland kitchens of yesteryear such as:
- Mushroom Philly toasted sandwich (plant-based) and maple bacon cinnamon roll at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe
- Birria mac and cheese in a bread bowl at Refreshment Corner
- Gaston Brew at Red Rose Taverne

Disney Channel Nite returns in 2026 for three nights with offerings and entertainment themed to various eras of this favorite TV channel. Join the fun with fellow Disney Channel fans and enjoy energetic music, epic characters, themed food and beverage and iconic photo opportunities.

Disney Channel Nite Entertainment
New this year, Penny Proud from “The Proud Family”makes her Disneyland Resort debut at this event. She joins fellow Disney Channel characters Kim Possible, Lilo & Stitch and many more. Be sure to have a camera ready to make one-of-a-kind photo memories.
Gather up some pom-poms and get ready to root at “High School Musical – ZOMBIES Pep Rally,” celebrating songs from “High School Musical” and “ZOMBIES.” This high-energy street show will definitely get guests moving and grooving to songs they know and love from these much-loved films.
Wicked moves are the steps to know for “DescenDANCE” along the Rivers of America. The wonderfully wrongdoing Villain Kids want to show guests “It’s Good to Be Bad” as they strut their stuff.
Get ready to pump up the volume at “Disney Channel Rocks” a concert-style show celebrating hit songs from the channel’s most popular movies and shows. High energy performers will dazzle guests as they perform some of the hottest tunes from your favorite shows.
Join your fellow campers for a festive “Camp Rock Sing-Along” at The Golden Horseshoe. This is guests’ opportunity to shine in the saloon spotlight as they croon their favorite tune.
“Step into the scene” for a distinctive photo featuring backgrounds inspired by guests’ favorite Disney Channel programs. New this year, “High School Musical” joins other popular Disney Channel-inspired scenes such as “Hannah Montana,” “That’s So Raven,” “Lizzie McGuire” and more!

What’s TV without snacks? Satisfy those cravings all night long with savory and sweet themed items throughout the park such as:
- Loaded dino nuggies at Red Rose Taverne, The Golden Horseshoe and Stage Door Café

Star Wars Nite returns for four nights with epic experiences, themed entertainment, cosmic food and beverage, and character encounters from across the Star Wars galaxy. Guest can dress in costume**** to show their allegiance, whether to the light side or dark side, and join fellow fans in a galactic night to remember.

Star Wars Nite Entertainment
Prepare to witness Captain Phasma and her elite First Order Stormtroopers in search of Resistance spies, as “The March of the First Order” returns to Tomorrowland. Will their methods of inquisition succeed in routing out the Resistance?
Guests can activate their lightsaber and learn the way of the Jedi at a Lightsaber Instructional. Master instructors will show the correct way to handle a lightsaber as well as present a series of defensive and offensive maneuvers.
Enjoy an iconic musical experience unique to Disneyland After Dark. Figrin D’an and the Modal Nodes, also known as the Cantina Band, will make special appearances throughout the night on the Rivers of America.

Thrill to the malevolence of the Darth Maul at Tomorrowland Terrace as he claims this location in the name of the Sith. Will the Shadow Lord ensure the rise of the dark side?
Hug an Ewok, barter with a Jawa, or show your allegiance to Queen Amidala. Heroes and villains from all corners of the Star Wars galaxy will be on hand to make out-of-this-world memories with guests.
“Step into the scene” from films guests love with themed photo backgrounds featuring iconic Star Wars elements. Snap a selfie on Speeder Bikes or the thrones of Boba Fett and Bo Katan.
