Hey there, folks! It’s time to round up a crew because a new limited-time pop-up is coming to The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park on October 4, with reservations opening September 29, and it’s worth riding into town for.
So, pull up a chair and get ready to dig in because, Here's a first look at the full frontier fare.
They have got a slew of new acts fresh off the skillet certain to be crowd-pleasers. Feast on shareable plates such as the delicious Sweet Golden Corn Fritters (talk about comfort food!), and the hearty Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends served with warm tortilla chips.
Wash it down with an all-new lineup of pours. For travelers of all ages, the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream, Barq’s Root Beer with a smooth and creamy twist, and the Orange Cream Soda, Fanta Orange blended with vanilla and cream for a deliciously citrusy take on a classic.
For my fellow huckleberry enthusiasts, the High Plains Huckleberry cocktail, complete with 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice, and cranberry. Looking for something bolder? Sip on the Coal’d Fashioned which boasts Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon with Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters for a pour that goes down real smooth.
