Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort continues to turn up the flavor and flair with another new hot spot — Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby — an all-new, British-themed restaurant bringing iconic dishes from the highly decorated, world-famous Chef Gordon Ramsay.


Inspired by the Carnaby Street era where music, fashion, and food collided in vibrant color, The Carnaby channels the eclectic Brit-pop energy of the swinging ‘60s London, while Gordon Ramsay’s classic British dishes deliver culinary star power.

Evoking London’s famed Carnaby Street at the height of the ’60s cultural revolution, the space pairs plush interiors with bright, bold British pop art and a curated soundtrack of “British Invasion” hits, transporting patrons to a groovier, more glamorous time.
Guests can soak in the sights from an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the district, relax at the gorgeous back patio, tuck into a signature booth, or gather at the bar, all while savoring Gordon Ramsay’s renowned cuisine.

The menu pays homage to classic British fare and celebrates Chef Ramsay’s signature modern approach to elevated comfort cuisine featuring his legendary dishes:

- Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips – Chips, tartar sauce, mushy peas
- Bangers & Mash – Cumberland sausage, mashed potatoes, onion jus
- Cottage Pie – Beef short rib, potato crust, baby vegetables
- Sticky Toffee Pudding – Warm date cake, ice cream, toffee sauce
A selection of globally influenced dishes include the branzino, chicken Milanese and the richly layered chickpea tikka masala. Other favorites include the Waldorf and Caesar salads, the Wagyu burger, and don’t forget the Parker rolls, deliciously warm brioche with whipped butter!
Another highlight is The Carnaby’s tableside prime rib cart, where hand-carved selections are served with traditional British accompaniments including Yorkshire pudding, roasted vegetables, and au jus.
